Can I get my edited document back before five days? Yes. We often finish before the five days. We will send it back to you as soon as we are done. Please email us if you require a definite return date before five days (as a custom order) to confirm that we can meet your deadline.
Is my document secure and confidential? Yes and Yes.
- We protect your copyright. No documents are distributed to anyone other than your editor; no papers are saved longer than 30 days from the date that the order is closed; after 30 days, they are removed from cloud/computers using a shredding software.

Will my editor rewrite or rephrase part of my paper if it is unclear? No. We will do our best to improve the overall readability of your paper, and of course ensure that it is grammatically correct. For editing services, we will refine sentences and make changes, but we will not rewrite. We will leave comments as guidelines to improve the presentation of your information/argument.
Do you accept PDF or other forms of documents? Yes. Our preferred format is Word but PDF editing is available. Please email us for other formats.
Will you set up corporate accounts? Yes. Please email us, and we will get your account set up.
What kind of payments do you accept? Currently, we accept all major credit, debit, prepaid, or gift cards bearing the Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX trademarks.
Do you guarantee your work? Yes. We guarantee that the work that we send back to you will be of the highest standrad. Should you disagree, please email us immediately. We will review your complaint(s) and work to resolve all issues.
I really liked my editor. Can I request the same editor? Yes. When you email your requirements, please make your request.
Do you check for plagiarism? No. Authors are responsible for their content.
Is there a minimum order amount? No. However, orders over 20,000 words are considered a custom order. We can usually also return larger orders within five business days.
